Organising the return of a forgotten item has never been so simple
During the initial setup, the hotel is registered on the Lost & Found platform with its name, address, phone numbers, and email address (for management purposes). A dedicated link is then created and sent to the hotel.
The hotel simply needs to send its assigned link to the guest. This allows the guest to submit all the necessary details for the delivery of their belongings. The guest will automatically receive a quote tailored to the item, destination, and urgency.
